• Aggressively deployed new Internet Streaming Media and Content Distribution products & services in Asian and US markets.
• Market research and analysis, developing Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), collaborating with key executive decision makers to assure buy-in on strategy and direction.
• Drove product release requirements, and managed international teams’ product activities for marketing, sales, engineering, and network operations to assure successful launches in the market.

• Managed the technical relationship between Compaq and partner vendors in the Digital Content Creation (DCC) business segment.
• Coordinated in team with Segment Marketing, Worldwide Sales, and key S/W & H/W partners, meeting joint sales targets, supporting product line positioning, co-planning events, and satisfying the requirements and objectives of high-end customers, such as DreamWorks and Disney.
• Frequently met with solutions partners, in America, Canada, England, The Netherlands, and Germany, assuring partner satisfaction with workstation products.
• Worked with trade magazine editors to publish highest benchmark scores, collaborating with applications partners and engineers to push product capabilities to the extreme.
• Led engineers in the requirements analysis, design, testing, and implementation of multiple vendor hardware & software / multiple operating environment SANs & parallel processing high performance computing systems.
• Co-developed the fastest non-linear video editing solution available, supporting the Softimage XSI platform, using Compaq servers with Cisco networking equipment, utilizing simultaneous 1394 data transfers and Fibre Channel RAID configurations.
• Completed key graphical user interface (GUI) and data display programs for Shell Oil research facility seismic data visualization application.
• Developed complex 3D geographical world model, for data throughput optimization research on IBM 3090 computer arrays.
• Lead programmer for user interface and 3D graphics projects, requiring very high accuracy and attention to detail, supporting the NASA space shuttle program; satellite deployment simulations.
• Designed integrated graphics and CAD systems for Federal and Enterprise Corporate clients.
• Maintained rigorous software coding standards and documentation, with appropriate project management to support resolution for DRs (Discrepancy Reports) and CRs (Change Requests).
